Hyleys Tea Company was the first to offer Russian customers big leaf tea in tea bags. It enabled connoisseurs of big leaf tea to enjoy their favourite beverage not only at home, but also at work or on the journey. Apart from convenient brewing, it provides a diversity of taste. For example, small leaf green tea is characterized by excessive bitterness and strength, as smaller particles give “thicker” brew. Because of this fact, green tea bags so convenient for fusing, were not popular among true connoisseurs of loose green tea, valued for its delicate taste, which is typical of whole leaf green tea.
Hyleys black and green big leaf tea bags were awarded gold medals at «Best Goods-2003 Contest» at the exhibitions of ProdExpo and World Food.
